Donald Trump's sons have acquired a 20% stake in a Kazakhstan tungsten mining company through their investment firm, Dominari Securities.

According to Oxu.Az, The New York Times reported that Kaz Resources, which signed a joint development agreement with Tau-Ken Samruk in November 2025, is the company in question.

Eric and Donald Trump Jr.'s firm, Dominari Securities, secured the stake during negotiations.

Separately, Cantor Fitzgerald, led by Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick's sons Brandon and Kyle, helped raise $210 million for the project.

Trump's sons invested just six days before the U.S.-Kazakhstan agreement was signed in Washington on November 6, 2025.
