US President Donald Trump has stated that the United States could participate in rebuilding Iran's destroyed infrastructure.
In an interview with ABC News, Trump said: "Someone has to build all this infrastructure—new bridges, new factories. We're talking about roughly a trillion dollars, maybe more. So we'll probably be involved in the reconstruction, the rebuilding process."
The US leader added that in such a scenario, Washington would take half of Iran's oil.
