According to Bloomberg, Europe is reducing its dependence on US military aid, while Turkey's influence within NATO is growing.

Turkey is becoming a key ally thanks to its developing defense industry and arms exports.

Ankara provides drones, armored vehicles, ships, and other military products to its NATO partners.

In 2024, about 56% of Turkey's defense exports were to NATO countries.
