The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has strongly denied reports of transferring frozen assets to Iran.

According to Oxu.Az, the UAE's Foreign Ministry issued an official statement rejecting the claims.

"The UAE categorically rejects reports about transferring any funds, including $3 billion, to Iran. These claims are baseless and not based on facts. No frozen Iranian assets have been released or transferred via the UAE," the statement said.
