Famous Russian bloggers Valeriya and Artem Chekalin (Lerchek) have sold their unfinished luxury mansion for 870 million rubles (about 21 million manats).
Reports emerged on Telegram channels about the sale.
It is noted that the sale agreement became possible only after Lerchek fully paid off their tax debt of 175 million rubles (approximately 4.2 million manats). Until the debt was settled, a court order strictly prohibited the blogger couple from any property transactions or transfers.
