US bans travel to 3 African countries

The US State Department has banned travel to DRC, Uganda, and South Sudan due to Ebola. Additionally, travel to Rwanda is discouraged.

The US State Department has banned its citizens from traveling to the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Uganda, and South Sudan due to the spread of the Ebola virus.

According to Oxu.Az, this information was published on the department's official website.

The highest level 4 restriction has been imposed on travel to these three countries. Additionally, US citizens are strongly advised to avoid travel to Rwanda.

Earlier, the department had banned travel to the Ituri province of the DRC, considered the epicenter of the new epidemic.
