EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas announced that the US diplomatic mission has left Kyiv.
She noted that European embassies remain in the country.
Kallas made the statement while arriving at an informal meeting of EU foreign ministers in Cyprus, speaking to journalists.
"According to what we heard from Ukraine yesterday (May 27), all embassies except one are in place... All Europeans stayed, the US left," she said.
