US Extends Russian Oil License by 30 Days

The US has extended the license for purchasing Russian oil loaded on tankers by 30 days.

Oxu.Az reports that US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced this on social media platform X.

It is noted that the previous license expired on May 16.

Bessent stated: "This license will help stabilize the physical crude oil market and ensure supply to the most vulnerable countries."
