The US military struck a ground control center on Kish Island after intercepting drones and missiles allegedly launched by Iran.
According to CENTCOM, on June 2, in response to Iranian attacks in the Middle East, US forces destroyed several ballistic missiles and drones in self-defense.
None of the five missiles fired by Iran reached their targets, and US forces neutralized three UAVs. Additionally, US forces hit a military ground control station on Kish Island under self-defense.
In response, Iran claimed it struck a US naval base in Bahrain and an airbase in a Middle Eastern country using drones and missiles. No details on casualties or damage are available yet.
