The Trump administration is pushing to allocate $672 million for neutralizing nuclear materials in Iran and related activities.

According to Oxu.Az, Fox News reported this citing a source.

"The Trump administration is seeking $672 million to eliminate Iran's nuclear materials, conduct inspections and verification measures, and prevent nuclear proliferation," the report said.

The funds would go to the US Department of Energy and finance efforts to "deny Iran the ability to develop or acquire a nuclear weapon."

This amount is part of an $80 billion additional funding package previously mentioned by US media, including The Wall Street Journal.
