The US will ban Iranian airlines from accessing airports, refueling stations, and ticket sales systems as part of the 'Economic Fury' campaign to pressure Tehran.
Oxu.Az reports that US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced this on his 'X' social media account.
Bessent did not disclose further details. He emphasized that the US will continue imposing economic restrictions on Iran.
These bans can only be lifted if progress is made in negotiations between Tehran and Washington.
