Russian expert Mikhail Poluektov stated in an interview with TASS that women often see colorful dreams, while men see black-and-white ones.
According to research, the "color factor" in dreams is related to personality traits, not dream regulation. People who pay more attention to external attributes, clothing, colors, and decor in their waking life tend to see those details in their dreams.
Poluektov noted: "We know these people - they are women. It has been proven that women see colorful dreams more often than men."
