A 72-year-old woman died after falling from the stairs while disembarking at Congonhas Airport in São Paulo, Brazil.
She suffered a brain hemorrhage and was rushed to a private clinic, but died two days later.
The airline confirmed the incident and expressed condolences to the family, stating that all safety protocols were followed.
