World Bank raises Azerbaijan's economic growth forecast: 2% in 2026, 1.8% in 2027.

The World Bank has updated its economic growth forecast for Azerbaijan.

According to the latest report, GDP is expected to grow by 2% in 2026 and 1.8% in 2027, up 0.2 and 0.1 percentage points from previous projections.

After a 4.2% expansion in 2024, Azerbaijan's economy is forecast to grow 1.4% in 2025.

In the South Caucasus region, economic growth is expected at 3.4% in 2026-2027.
