Elon Musk's X social network has introduced new restrictions for users without a Premium subscription.
According to Gazeta.ru, the changes aim to reduce infrastructure load and technical failures.
Under the new rules, unverified accounts can make up to 50 posts, 500 direct messages, 200 replies, and 400 follows per day.
Additionally, limits on posts and replies within a 30-minute window have been imposed, but exact numbers are undisclosed.
Restrictions apply across all devices and API requests. Users receive an error notification upon reaching the limit.
Paid verification on X launched in November 2022, starting at $3 per month.
