A 21-year-old man in the Agdam region has been accused of having an intimate relationship with a minor girl.
The incident occurred last July. The accused, named Sayyad, engaged in a relationship with Laman, who was under 16.
Sayyad stated in his testimony that Laman invited him to her home. He admitted to unnatural sexual acts.
Laman claimed that Sayyad blackmailed her into the relationship.
The court sentenced Sayyad to 1 year and 3 months in prison.
