The court investigation of blogger Aybaniz Khalilova, known as "Beniz," who is accused of extortion, is concluding.
At the Baku Heavy Crimes Court, under Judge Fakhri Mammadov, the stage of hearing witness testimonies has ended. The court has begun examining documents.
The next hearing is scheduled for July 7.
Recall that TikToker X. Karimov filed a complaint with the Surakhani District Police Department. A criminal case was initiated under Articles 182.2.2 and 182.2.4 of the Criminal Code. The complainant stated that Aybaniz Khalilova demanded 836,000 manats from him in installments.
