The head of the "Qurtuluş" Rehabilitation Center, Ceyhun Salmanov, along with two employees, has been released following a court decision.
During the trial at Sumgait City Court, the prosecutor proposed sentences of 3-4 years in prison, but the court handed down lighter sentences.
Ceyhun Salmanov received 3 years and 3 months, Elshad Maharramov 3 years and 6 months, and Natig Aliyev 3 years, all suspended with a 2-year probation period, leading to their immediate release from the courtroom.
