A complaint was filed with the police regarding the theft of a mobile phone from a person in the Yasamal district of Baku.
During the investigation, police detained 29-year-old K. Ismayilov, a previously convicted suspect.
Investigations revealed that he took the mobile phone from the scooter used by the victim, taking advantage of the victim's distraction, and later sold it.
