The Baku Court of Appeal has revoked the amnesty applied to Elnara Rzayeva, head of "Dr.Elnara" LLC and a well-known cosmetologist.
Oxu.Az reports that earlier the Narimanov District Court found Rzayeva guilty under Articles 147.1 and 148 of the Criminal Code, sentencing her to correctional labor, then released her under an amnesty. The appellate court overturned that decision.
Rzayeva will now serve her correctional labor sentence, with 10% of her monthly income deducted to the state.
Recall that Rzayeva was sued by managers of "LBC" aesthetic clinics for defamation.
