During a routine operation by the State Traffic Police Department of the Gabala Regional Police Office, 32-year-old Jamil Ahmadov was detained for driving under the influence of narcotics.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a medical examination revealed that the driver had used methamphetamine, a psychotropic substance. The collected materials were sent to court.
By court order, J. Ahmadov was sentenced to 15 days of administrative detention.
