Driver Nurlan Mamedzade was detained for road hooliganism in Khazar district and arrested by court order.

Officers of the Khazar District Police Traffic Department detained Nurlan Mamedzade, driver of a "Chevrolet Nexia" with license plate 77-PZ-188.

According to Oxu.Az, he grossly violated traffic rules in the Shuvelan settlement and committed road hooliganism.

A protocol was drawn up and sent to court. By court decision, N. Mamedzade was administratively arrested.
