A driver named Tahir Abdullayev, a resident of Shirvan, was detained for driving without a license and under the influence of drugs.
According to the Main State Traffic Police Department, his Hyundai vehicle was stopped by the Environmental Control Unit. Investigation revealed that Abdullayev had neither a driver's license nor a power of attorney.
Due to suspicious behavior, he was subjected to a medical examination, which confirmed drug use. A protocol was drawn up, and the court sentenced him to 20 days of administrative arrest.
The traffic police urges individuals not to drive under the influence of drugs, warning of stricter measures against such violations.
