Over four kilograms of narcotics were seized in Qakh.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, officers of the Qakh District Police Department detained 53-year-old Zaza Poladashvili, who was suspected of illegal drug trafficking and had previously been convicted of a similar crime.
Four kilograms and 300 grams of marijuana were found on him.
A criminal case has been initiated, and by court order, a preventive measure of detention was chosen for Poladashvili.
An investigation is ongoing.
