Ex-convict detained for growing cannabis in Salyan

Salyan police found 101 cannabis plants weighing 27 kg in the backyard of ex-convict Orkhan Baghirov. He was detained.

Ex-convict detained for growing cannabis in Salyan

Salyan District Police Department officers have detained a suspect involved in the cultivation of narcotic plants.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, previously convicted Orkhan Baghirov was growing cannabis in his backyard.

During the inspection, police found 101 cannabis plants weighing a total of 27 kg.

A criminal case has been initiated, and Baghirov has been remanded in custody.
