Immoral acts against minor: 1 year prison

A 34-year-old man has been convicted for committing immoral acts against a minor in Baku's Khatai district.

The incident occurred on October 17 last year on M. Hadi Street. The man, Ismail, encountered 14-year-old Asmar around 10 AM and performed disgusting actions against her.

The court classified his act under Article 153.1 of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 1 year of imprisonment in a general regime penitentiary.
