An Indian national wanted internationally has been arrested in Baku and extradited to India.

According to the Prosecutor General's Office, Singh Prabhdeep Gurraj, born in 1993, was accused of trafficking 354 kilograms of heroin.

He was detained in Azerbaijan, placed under arrest, and handed over to Indian authorities under an extradition treaty.
