The court trial has begun for former deputy head of Garadagh District Executive Authority, Nadir Muradov, and other ex-officials detained during an operation.
Today, at the Garadagh District Court under Judge Shafa Dadashova, the indictment was read to the accused. The next hearing is scheduled for June 12.
They were arrested in November 2025 during an operation by the Anti-Corruption Main Department under the Prosecutor General. Investigation reveals that Muradov, with accomplices, took bribes for land registration and titling in Garadagh.
Muradov, Gafar Abdullayev, Rashad Nadirli, Isa Shamsaliyev, and Zulfugar Mansurov are charged under Articles 311.3.1, 311.3.2, and 311.3.3 of the Criminal Code (bribe-taking by a group, repeatedly and in large amounts). Some are under arrest, others under police supervision.
