The trial of Rasim Gafarov, accused of stabbing his brother, has concluded at the Baku Court of Grave Crimes.
Presided over by Judge Leyla Asgarova-Mammadova, the court delivered the verdict.
The court found Gafarov guilty and sentenced him to three years in prison.
Notably, the prosecutor had sought a four-year sentence.
Rasim Gafarov was charged under Article 126.1 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm).
