Today, a court session was held at the Baku Court of Grave Crimes under Judge Leyla Asgarova-Mammadova regarding the criminal case of Saleh Samadov, the former chairman of the Imishli District Council of Elders, detained by the State Security Service (DSS).
According to Oxu.Az, the accused Saleh Samadov gave testimony in court.
He stated that he partially admits his guilt. The next session is scheduled for July 1.
Recall that Saleh Samadov is charged under Articles 179.3.2 and 308.1 of the Criminal Code. He was dismissed from his position as chairman of the Imishli District Council of Elders in May of last year.
