The court trial for TikToker Ilduza Hacıyeva, known as "Arzum 9999," accused of causing a fatal car crash, continues.
At a hearing in Khazar District Court, the victim's lawyer filed a motion.
The motion claimed the accused did not use turn signals when turning left. However, video review showed that signals were used.
Lawyer Farid Hasanov submitted several requests: removal of the accident scene diagram from evidence, and summoning experts and the investigator to testify.
Prosecutor Narmin Tahirzade opposed calling experts but supported summoning the investigator.
The court denied the motion regarding experts but approved the investigator's testimony.
Additionally, due to the victim's mother's health issues, legal heirship may transfer to the daughter.
The next hearing is set for June 11.
The accident occurred in June 2025 in Mardakan settlement, resulting in one death and one serious injury.
No pre-trial detention was imposed; the blogger is charged under Articles 263.2 and 264 of the Criminal Code.
