A verdict has been delivered for individuals who used secret devices to assist applicants in university entrance and graduation exams.
At the Ganja Heavy Crimes Court, Islam Babayev was sentenced to 1 year and 6 months in prison.
Aykhan Mammadov and Murad Mammadov received restricted freedom penalties.
According to the Prosecutor General's Office, the State Examination Center reported suspicious activities to the State Security Service.
The investigation revealed that Islam Babayev had organized a preparatory course and produced secret technical devices for applicants.
Together with Aykhan Mammadov and Murad Mammadov, he installed these devices on 11 individuals to assist them during exams.
Islam Babayev was charged under Articles 302.3 and 308.1 of the Criminal Code.
Measures are ongoing to hold other individuals involved in similar crimes accountable.
