The trial of Firaj Huseynov, born in 2008, accused of attempting to murder two peers, has concluded.
In the final session at the Baku Serious Crimes Court, the prosecutor proposed a 7.5-year prison sentence. The defendant expressed remorse.
The court sentenced Huseynov to 7 years and 6 months in prison. The incident occurred last October in the Khazar district.
The victims were hospitalized and survived. Huseynov was charged under several articles of the Criminal Code.
